We had dinner at Mythos Authentic Greek Cuisine on a Tuesday night, and it was an amazing experience. The grilled octopus was absolutely deliciousβperfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. It was so good that we ordered a second serving! Everything we tried was fresh and authentic, and the service was friendly and attentive. Awesome, traditional Greek restaurant! The food and staff were amazing! I can definitely recommend the Mousaka and the grilled octopus and calamari! I bet the baklava is amazing, but I was too full to try.

Mythos! Where food becomes a story I finally visited 'Mythos' located on Northern Boulevard in Flushing. Having driven and walked past this place for over ten years, I had always been curious about it. More than anything, the name 'Mythos' truly captivated me. True to its nameβwhich means βmythβ or βstoryβ in Greekβour dining experience unfolded like a beautiful narrative, starting right from the Horiatiki salad we ordered as an appetizer. It felt as though the flavors of the Mediterranean, ancient Greek myths, and our own personal stories were blending together seamlessly. The grilled Garides (shrimp) and Solomos (salmon) that followed beautifully showcased the essence of Mediterranean cuisine through the harmonious blend of olive oil, lemon, and oregano. For a moment, it made us feel as if we had been magically transported to a cozy, seaside taverna in Greece. Thanks to the comfortable, warm atmosphere and the heartwarming hospitality of the staff, I felt completely at ease throughout the entire meal. It's a place that makes delicious food with really fresh ingredients. I tasted not only Greek food but also their kindness here. Shrimp dishes, grilled salmon, and lemon potatoes will probably be remembered for a long time. The soup I chose was similar to Korean samgyetang porridge, which reminded me of my hometown. A place where even a salad topped with cheese becomes a perfect dish.

I love this place! Authentic Greek food cooked the way it ought to be. The Grilled Calamari brought me back to my summer in Greece. The staff is also great! Warm, Attentive, Efficient and really make you feel noticed. This restaurant is a must if you are looking for Delicious Greek Food.
